We want all our customers to receive top quality products and services. If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away, so we can resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to return an item please contact us by email within 24 hours of receiving the product. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 working days of receiving the shipment, for any reason.
It's very important that you do not send the item back to us until you have contacted us for a return authorization, unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

There are many reasons why you might want to return your goods back to us. However please note that for every reason there is a different procedure to follow.
Because of this please read the 'return reason' list below carefully to avoid any delays or misunderstandings.

I am not happy with my purchase

Satisfying and protecting our customers is a high priority for us. Not only do we want you to be happy with your purchase, we want you to feel absolutely safe in ordering from us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note that we can only take items back for a refund if they are in the same condition as you received them.

My product is defective, damaged or incomplete upon arrival

We understand your frustration, will do everything we can to fix this problem as quickly as possible!
We need you to report this immediately to us by email via info@fullcartuning.com. Then we can start the return procedure and offer you an Replacement or Refund.
Always inspect your order for damages or any missing components straight away when received.

Transport damage
First of all it’s important that you never accept a badly damaged package. If the courier delivers a damaged package, you can refuse it and immediately contact us.
If you do accept a damaged package, because the damage at first sight doesn’t look to bad, report to the courier that you have accepted the package with damage. This way we can handle this problem much faster, should appear that the product in the package is also damaged.


Received or ordered a wrong product

We apologize if you have received the wrong item by mistake, it is very rare that we ship an incorrect product. We want to resolve this as fast as possible! Please report this immediately to us by email via info@fullcartuning.com.

In this case the return shipping cost will be refunded by us.

Did you by accident ordered the wrong product then follow our return procedure I am not happy with my purchase.

Defect product within the warranty period

Naturally you’re entitled to guarantee, when a product becomes defective within the indicated warranty period. All products sold by us are top name brands and come with a warranty.
The warranty can only be granted if the warranty terms have been met.
The warranty covers any manufacturing fault or failure of the product during normal use. It does not cover any defect caused by incorrect installation or unreasonable use of this product.

What if the part doesn’t fit right

If a part does not fit you properly we will always ask you to send some clear pictures by email. So we can have a clear image of the problem. When it is obvious that the product isn’t properly made suitable we will ask you to send the product back to us. So we can take a look at it, after we identified the problem ourselves offer you a Replacement or Refund.

Always check fitment of the parts first before mounting or painting them. Parts showing any mounting marks or paint cannot be returned for any reason.
We cannot assure a perfect fit with aftermarket parts and accessories.

Below you will find all information regarding to the reporting of defects, transport damage and order cancellation.
Read our policy carefully to avoid confusion or disappointment.

Exceptions

Products that match the following categories cannot be returned or replacement;

  • damaged or incomplete parts
  • special-order parts
  • installed parts
  • painted parts
  • sale parts
  • gift cards
Return shipping costs

If the reason for return is receiving a damaged product, the wrong product or a guarantee matter, the return shipping cost will be refunded by us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you ordered by accident the wrong product or the fitment is not right, the return shipping cost will not be refunded.

How to return
  • Before returning any items, please contact us for a return/exchange Authorization.                          
    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Return shipments are sent at your own risk. We suggest you send your return using a reliable international carrier that offers tracking (such as DHL or UPS). It is strongly recommended that you insure the package, as you will be responsible for ensuring that all items arrive in their original condition as it was shipped.

Another option is that you return the product to our showroom in Nijkerk.

Place the product in the original box with all manuals and accessories, to ensure that it arrives in the same condition it was in when you received it.
We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging or lost shipments. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange.
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged in any way before arriving.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice.

  • As a safeguard against potential abuse, Fullcartuning reserves the right to deny a refund to anyone who has made what we determine to be excessive returns

Replacement or Refund

When returning a product, you automatically will receive a email from us when the product is received. As soon as we have examine the returned product, we will send you a replacement or we will refund the purchase price including the shipping cost you paid for returning the product (if proven that the fault lies with Fullcartuning).

It can take up to 7 days (calculated from the day you returned the item to us) until we have processed you’re returning.


Compliments, complaints and suggestions

It's always nice to know when we get things right, but it is also important that you tell us when we get things wrong. Your compliments, complaints and suggestions are valuable to us and will help us to improve our services.

If we have fallen short of your expectations, despite our best efforts, please let us know.
We welcome all complaints and take them seriously, and they will be handled fairly within agreed timescales.

We'd also like to know if you think we're doing something well, by telling us when we do a good job we can ensure that the staff responsible are properly thanked.
