  • How will I know if you have stock on certain items?
    Please contact us at info@fullcartuning.com for up-to-date stock information.
    Provide us with the product number you are looking for and we provide you with any product information.

  • I'm interested in getting something that's not listed on your website. Can I special order it?
    We are always on the lookout for attractive new products to carry. If you have an idea for something you cannot find on our website, please send your us your request by email, and we'll take a look at if we can get stock of this item.
    Keep in mind that our product range keeps on growing, not all items are added to our webshop yet. So if your requested item is not listed in our webshop, please contact us. In most cases we can provide you with the product you looking for.

  • I need my purchased parts installed/painted. Do you have this service?
    We cannot provide you with a installation or painting service. We are a tuning and styling parts shop without workshop. We recommend the installation of parts to be performed by qualified professionals in your area.

  • Are all prices on your website VAT included?
    All prices on our website are 21% VAT included and without shipping costs.

  • Do I need to create an account before I can order on your website?
    You do not have to create an account for ordering parts on our webshop.
    You'll have 3 options placing your order:  1 create a account, 2 log-in to your account, 3 checkout without creating a account.
    Creating your personal account will enhance your future shopping experience because you will not have to re-enter your personal information at future orders.

  • Can I contact Fullcartuning for technical questions regarding your products?
    Yes of course! Our dedicated team of experts will try to answer all of your questions directly. Some of the more complex technical questions may take a little time to be sorted out first. Feel free to contact our customer service team at any time. We're ready to help you with all your questions.
  • What is the expected shipping time for my order?
    In stock products will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) when order and payment is received before 3 P.M.
    Feel free to contact us with your product or order number for up-to-date stock information at info@fullcartuning.com. Stock information regarding your order/product will be send to you by email as soon as possible.

  • What is you Warranty And Return policy?
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you wish to return an item please contact us by email within 48 hours of receiving the product. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 working days of receiving the shipment, for any reason.
    It's very important that you do not send the item back to us until you have contacted us for a return authorization, unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at info@fullcartuning.com.

  • Is the shipping cost higher when shipping multiple products?
    We only charge shipping costs once per order, regardless of how many products are ordered.
