Can I pick up my order?

Yes. Online orders can be picked up at our shop, during the checkout simply choose for 'Pick Up' between our delivery options.
It has a number of advantages:

  • No shipping costs
  • Pick up the order when it suits you, you do not have to stay home
  • View our showroom and demo cars for inspiration
  • Get to know the staff, gain expert advice
  • See, feel and possibly fit products

For order pick up, viewing our parts or for personal advice, we welcome you to our showroom!


How will my order be shipped?

The majority or our packages are shipped with GLS. Delivery days Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 18:00.
If the ordered product can fit through the letter box, it’s possible it will be sent with TNT post, delivery days Monday - Saturday.

Can I use an alternative delivery address?

It is possible to have your order shipped to a different address for delivery. You’ll able to choose this option during the ordering process. 
Your order will not be delivered to a neighbor, unless you use this address as the delivery address. 
The order will be delivered between 08:00 - 18:00. We are unable to predict the exact delivery time. You must use a delivery address where somebody will be present to accept and sign the package. If nobody can be present between 08:00 - 18:00, then we recommend you to use an alternative address. Like for example a work address.

What is a tracking number?

As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a personal tracking number. This number is allowing you to view where your item is during the delivery process. 
If you want to check the status the same day you probably get the message: "Mission (s) not found". Then the tracking number has not been processed yet. You can try to request the status of your order, the next day. When the tracking number still does not work the next day you can always contact us.


I have ordered several products, will they all be delivered together?

If you have ordered several products, we always get them delivered in one time. The delivery of the entire order in this case is equal to that of the product with the longest delivery time. 
If it is on backorder you will be notified with an expected ship date.
We can offer three options, deliver the product when it is back in stock, offering an alternative or cancel the product and send a total refund.

How much does the shipping cost?

There is only one delivery charge per order, no matter how many items you have in that order.

Shipping cost depends on the shipping destination and if it's a Normal Package or Large Package.
Our shipping prices are very competitive, and all rates are very clearly displayed during the checkout process. Specify your shipping address and it will calculate shipping, based on your address and country.

What if I have received a damaged or defective item?

First of all it’s important that you never accept a badly damaged package. If the courier delivers a damaged package, you can refuse it and immediately contact us.
If you do accept a damaged package, because the damage at first sight doesn’t look to bad, report to the courier that you have accepted the package with damage. This way we can handle this problem much faster, should appear that the product in the package is also damaged or defective.
