Preventing swirls is one of the biggest challenges in taking care of your precious paintwork. Swirls are caused by bits of dirt and dust that are rubbed across the car's paint surface during washing. The Grit Guard helps prevent this from happening. The Grit Guard can simply be placed on the bottom of your bucket. Every time you run your wash mitt, chamois, or cloth through the bucket for more suds you also rub it against the Grit Guard. This helps remove the grit, and also, the Grit Guard ensures that the grit stays on the bottom of the bucket. This 'bucket barrier' grit guard fits 15L wash buckets with an inner diameter of 235mm.
