The Stage 3 Sport Kit is a race performance clutch, designed as a pure-bred race solution, and has a clamping load between 80 and 150% higher than the standard aftermarket part. These kits achieve the highest torque capacity within the Performance Clutch range as a single disc solution. Ductile material is used for the pressure plate and a ceramic paddle disc to achieve high burst strength in all temperature ranges. The Stage 3 Sport clutch kits are engineered to handle the abusive environment created within the transmissions linked to high power modified engines. Ceramic paddle friction disc assemblies can handle much more abuse than standard discs with minimal slip or fade, necessary for grass route racing. It has been designed for maximum performance whether your vehicle is equipped with a traditional solid flywheel or the later day Dual Mass Flywheels.
