Gecko Polishing Pad 80mm

This set consists of three polishing pads with a diameter of 80 mm, each coloured to distinguish between coarse, medium and fine polishing. These pads are designed to be used with a 75 mm backing plate. The pads come in black (soft), orange (medium) and yellow (hard). The Gecko polishing pads are suitable for different types of polishing pastes. Generally, the hard pads are used with coarser polishes, while the finer pads work better with more refined polishes. They have a long life and guarantee a professional end result in any polishing task, especially on difficult surfaces such as headlights and other small areas. Applications: Ideal for eliminating minor scratches, holograms and swirls on car paintwork, restoring weathered paintwork and improving the overall gloss of the surface. Directions for use: Start with a clean and dry surface ready for polishing. Choose the right polishing pads and polishing paste suitable for the job you want to do. Attach the pad firmly to the backing plate of your polisher. Apply a small amount of polishing paste to the pad and spread it evenly over the surface to be treated. Turn the polisher on to low speed and start polishing. Work in sections and add more polishing compound if necessary. Check the result regularly and repeat the process if necessary. After use, clean the polishing pads thoroughly and store them in a dry place for future use.
